Our Qualities

We implement our collaboratively developed mission statement in our everyday activities using the methods of total quality management. We are constantly assessing our achievements, developing our improvement potentials and building on our strengths. To help in the achievement of our aims, we make use of external quality assurance measures, internal professional development, project groups and quality circles. The ultimate measure of our activities are the patients who have been entrusted to our care as well as our residents and visitors.

In this quality circle we continually strive in a collaborative effort to improve structures, processes and communication in specific areas of our work.
